This includes 1-Year Workmanship, 2-Year Major Systems, and 10-Year Structural coverage.

1-YEAR WORKMANSHIP

Your workmanship warranty explains the quality standards for how your home is built, including how parts fit together, how complete the work is, and the materials used. “Fit” means how well everything lines up and connects, while “finish” means how neat, complete, and polished the final work looks.
