Building your custom or semi-custom home is a happy and exciting journey, and our team aims to keep it that way.

SO IT BEGINS!

Let’s understand your goals, vision, timeline & budget. Do you have your own land, or will you be choosing one of our land + home packages? Are you coming with your own plans, or will you utilize our team’s design services? We’ll assess the details and make sure that the reality aligns with expectations.

YOUR VISION STARTS COMING TO LIFE.

Next, we’ll enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement and collect an initial deposit, allowing us to work together to finalize the architectural and design, where we’ll choose everything from ceiling height to cabinet pulls. When this phase is complete, you will receive an official, detailed estimate for your build and a set of stamped plans.

LET'S BUILD

Once your plans and budget are finalized, it’s time to enter into an official Construction Agreement and get to building! Along the way, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to check out the progress, including designated walk-throughs as we hit milestones. When your home is 99% complete, you’ll be treated to the “Blue Tape & White Glove Tour,” where we mark any and all cosmetic defects for repair and test every switch, appliance and faucet.

1 Year Post Move-In:
Workmanship & Materials Guarantee – “bumper to bumper” coverage ensures you’re completely satisfied with your home’s fit and finish. Example: We will repair any grout or drywall cracking, cabinet door adjustments as your home goes through its first cycle of Florida seasons.

2 Years Post Move-In:
We stand behind the “veins and arteries” of the home that
keep you comfortable and safe.

Example: If a circuit breaker fails, a plumbing pipe leaks behind a wall, or your HVAC ductwork requires adjustment to maintain proper airflow, we’ve got it covered.

10 Years Post Move-In:
Our long-term commitment to the structural “skeleton” of your home, backed by a third-party insurance provider.

Example: This protects against major defects to the foundation, load-bearing walls, or roof framing—ensuring your investment remains sound for a decade and beyond.
