Jacob Kline

Owner & Founder

Jacob, a St. Augustine native, began his journey in real estate in 2019. After years of hands-on experience renovating homes, he recognized a gap in the local market: thoughtfully designed, high-quality new construction homes that offer a custom feel—without the luxury price tag.

Driven by a desire to give back to the community he’s always called home, Jacob founded Inkline Homes to fill that need.

Today, Jacob is focused on delivering homes that combine lasting quality, intentional design, and real value—built for the way Florida families live.

Hanna Kline

Director of Sales, Marketing & Design

Hanna holds a degree from Marshall University and brings several years of experience in real estate sales and design. With a strong understanding of market trends and a passion for design, she specializes in helping create new homes with character.

Whether you’re purchasing an Inkline home, selecting a semi-custom package, or building fully custom from the ground up, Hanna is dedicated to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.

Patrick Kendzierski

Project Manager

Patrick brings over a decade of hands-on experience in building luxury custom homes and high-end remodels. With a degree in Forestry from the University of Washington, he combines a deep respect for natural materials with a sharp eye for detail and craftsmanship.

His background in both design and construction allows him to create homes that are not only beautiful, but built to last.

Shannon Kendzierski

Permit Coordinator

Shannon brings creativity & organization to Inkline Homes. With a BFA from the University of Washington and a background in project management and coordination, she guides each home from concept to construction. Her multidisciplinary experience lets her see the big picture while managing fine details, ensuring well-designed homes stay on schedule and don’t get held up by paperwork.

Chad Yarchuck

Field Specialist

Chad brings years of construction and remodeling experience in Florida to the team, working in both commercial and residential settings. Chad is considered a “jack of all trades,” and his specialties range from HVAC to plumbing and everything in between.
